DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
We deliver your order right away. We endeavour to send your order within 2 - 8 working days, however occasionally this can be delayed so please allow up to 14 days. This time scale excludes hand painted products, which may take up to 28 days. If the delivery time on hand painted products is likely to exceed 28 days, you will be notified as soon as possible.

BACK ORDERS:
If your item is not in stock, we can back order it for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Intomartialarts.com product, send it back to us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will refund your money (please note P&P cannot be refunded). Where you have provided your own material for a hand painted product, only a partial refund or credit note may be available. Prior to returning the product, please contact us to receive a returns number would should be included in the returned package returns@intomartialarts.com If a delivery has occurred, but rejected for no reason of our own, we reserve the right to charge for the initial outgoing carriage.
